Alliance for Better Zambia’s candidate in the Katuba parliamentary by-election Patricia Mashingwele has been summoned by Police for questioning.

ABZ president Father frank Bwalya has confirmed the development to Qfm News.

Father Bwalya says the summoning of Mrs. Mwashingwele is a clear indication that the ruling Patriotic Front is having a tough time on the ground in the Katuba campaigns.

Father Bwalya says Mrs. Mwashingwele is a principled and determined woman who will not be intimidated by being summoned to appear before the Police.

The ABZ leader adds that Mrs. Mwashingwele is ready to face the Police for questioning tomorrow at 9:00hours.

But when contacted for a comment over the ABZ candidate’s summoning, Police Spokesperson Charity Munganga Chanda has told QFM News that he has no information on the summoning Mrs. Mwashingwele.
