The Central Province Administration has concluded the one week of prayers against road accidents that have rocked the province.

 

 

Central Province Permanent Secretary Edwidge Mutale and other senior government officials lead scores of Kabwe residents in prayers at Ebenezer Tabernacle which were attended by a number of clergyman.

 

 

A number of lives have been lost along the great north road because of Accidents that have in the recent past rocked Central Province and the provincial administration organised prayers in all the Districts to bring the road carnage to an end.

 

 

Among those in attendance were Owner of one of the major bus transporters Christone Vwalika of CV Transport who came with some of his drivers so that they are prayed for.

 

 

Mr Vwalika who ordered all his buses to be packed until prayers are held expressed sadness at the loss of life due road traffic accidents

 

 

Mr Vwalika also took time to talk to some of his bus drivers and had this message for them.

 

 

 

And CV Transport Senior Driver Kenneth Kaunde promised to abide by what the regulation expects of them.

 

Meanwhile Central Province Permanent Secretary Edwidge Mutale also had a message for the drivers and urged civil servants to be humble before God.

.

She said It is written in the Holy Bible that whatever is bound on earth,is also bound in heaven and what ever you loose on earth is also loosed in heaven. The prayer is that God answers the prayers of his own against road carnage.
