ZACA points government towards working on high living cost of Zambians

As compared to last year where Zambians where subjected to a high cost of living which many could not afford.

ZACA Executive Director Muyunda Ililonga has told Q fm in an interview that government should avoid last year’s situation where the people of Zambia were subjected to a high cost of living, by ensuring that prices of basic necessities are affordable.

Mr. Ililonga says government should listen to the cry of the Zambian people especially with regards the price of mealie meal which skyrocketed last year.

He adds that it is also important for government to look into the issue of maize marketing in order to help reduce the price of the country’s staple food.
