Shamenda challenges doubters

PF creating enough jobs – Shamenda
Labour and Social Security Minister Fackson Shamenda has challenged those questioning government figures for jobs created since the Patriotic Front came to power to go to his office and verify the figures.

Reacting to some stakeholders who have doubted the figures government has announced of job created sector by sector, Mr. Shamenda has maintained that the PF government has created more than 316,089 jobs since assuming power in September 2011.

Mr. Shamenda tells Qfm News that the 316, 089 jobs have been created in the various sectors of the economy between October 2011 and July this year.

He explains that his office is readily available to attend to those that have doubts in on how many jobs have been created.

Mr Shamenda adds that government is not foolish to simply announce that over 316,089 jobs have been created without facts.

The Labour Minister says his office has the statistics to show the number of jobs that have been created and that people should feel free to inquire about the jobs created.
