Movement for Multiparty Democracy (MMD) diehard youth wing says the calls by Andrew Banda for MMD and UPND to form an alliance should be based on serving the greater interests of the nation.
MMD die hard youth wing coordinator Bowman Lusambo says Mr. Banda’s call is respected.
Mr. Lusambo says the youth wing will support his calls for the MMD and the UPND to form an alliance.
Mr. Lusambo explains that the call for an alliance should be beyond the MMD or the UPND adding that it also should be extended to all opposition political parties.
He further notes that Zambia today does not need another alliance of merely two political parties but requires a grand opposition alliance which will not only take over power from the pf but one that will restore national pride and unity.
