murder death
AN Instant justice mob has stoned to death and partially burnt a 52-year-old man of Kalulushi on suspicion that he was practising witchcraft.

Acting Copperbelt commissioner of police Joyce Kasosa confirmed in an interview yesterday that the incident happened at Saunga Farm in Kembe East in Kalulushi in the early hours of Thursday.
Ms Kasosa named the deceased as Roderick Saunga.
“An instant justice mob went to Mr Saunga’s farm house where it beat him up and stoned him on suspicion that he was a wizard. He sustained head injuries and he died. After the irate residents noticed that he was dead, they decided to burn the body and it was partially burnt,” Ms Kasosa said.
She said police have instituted investigations into Mr Saunga’s murder and are yet to make arrests.
