Zone Fam is the top Hip Hop Group in Zambia. Deriving their name from a studio they frequented in their earlier days ‘The Zone’. The group consists of four individuals; Dope G, Jay Rox, Yung Verbal and Thugga. Zone Fam was formed in 2007 and is managed by Duncan Sodala, CEO of Slam Dunk Records.
Sharing a passion for Hip Hop made it easy for the members of Zone Fam to work on timeless music together. Their debut album, The Business (Foreign Exchange), features other local Zambian acts such as Petersen, Slap Dee and Macky II as well as Greezy, Dida and Vybe Beats on production.
