Chief Sinadambwe appeals for network in his chiefdom

 

Siavonga, June  27th, 2013, ZANIS —  Chief Sinadambwe of the Tonga people in Siavonga district has appealed to the Network Service Providers to extend their respective networks in his chiefdom.

 

 

The traditional leader says that areas in his Chiefdom such as Kabuyu, Chimata and Dambwe areas are the most affected.

 

 

He added that there is need for network providers like Zamtel, Airtel and MTN to put up towers in these affected places.

 

 

ZANIS reports that Chief Sinadamwe said this in an interview in Siavonga District, today.

 

 

He said that people in his chiefdom communication is a challenge due to non availability of network towers in some areas.

 

 

He said people find it difficult to communicate to their relatives who live in far places.

 

 

The traditional leaders urge government to ensure that all rural parts are connected to the rest of the country.
