ZAMBIAN champion, Jassy Singh has taken second position on the FIA African Rally Championship (ARC) charts despite finishing 17th overall on his debut in the South African Sasol rally that ended yesterday.
South Africa’s Mark Cronje defended his tile, while Matthew Wilson from the UK finished in second place at the hilly 614.33 kilometres Sasol Rally that features the second round of the FIA African Rally Championship (ARC) series.
It was an excellent performance by the young Zambian who was racing in unfamiliar and challenging conditions.
South African Jan Habig, who finished sixth overall in the Sasol rally, is leading the ARC charts.
