No plane crach in Lusaka, zambia 17.6.2018

There has been no plane crash today (17/6/2018) at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport and we don’t know where such falsehood is emanating from, sources at Zambia Airports Corporation Limited ZACL have told Millennium radio.

And ZACL Communications and Brands Manager Mweembe Sikaulu says Minister of Transport and Communication Brian Mushimba will shortly issue a comprehensive statement on the incident.

According to information received, the plane safely landed hours ago at KKIA but developed a technical fault due to a broken undercarriage as it was about to go into taxi.

This breakdown which led to the runway being closed for a short period forced international flights being diverted.

The plane with a fault has since been towed off the runway.
