The Zamnia Information and Communication Technology (ZICTA) says the government will enact cyber laws to combat cyber crimes and social media breaches
ZICTA Director Support Services Chisala Mofya says every whatsApp administrators will be registered to bring responsibility.
The administrator is to put up rules. He said every administrator faces arrest in case of any breach.
He also said that those circulating illegal, pornographic, illicit or vile videos risk being arrested.
