Kambwili summoned to appear before Copperbelt Police headquarters

Police on the Copperbelt province summoned former Information Minister Chishimba Kambwili to appear before divisional headquarters on Tuesday.

Provincial police commissioner Charity Katanga has confirmed that Mr. Kambwili has been summoned alongside five other people.

The quintuple include Mr. Kambwili’s driver Alex, Adam Zulu from the National Union of Mines and Allied Workers and former PF Roan constituency chairperson Dolphins Kasonde.

Others are former PF Roan constituency Information Publicity Secretary Charles Mulenga and a Mr. Mukuka.

Ms. Katanga says the charges will not be made public, but expects Mr. Kambwili and all those summoned to appear before police at 9:00hours on Tuesday.
