President Edgar Chagwa Lungu has made changes at Permanent Secretary level to streamline Government operations and ensure effective oversight, accountability and prudent use of resources.
President Lungu has promoted Director of Strategic Planning in the Management Development Division (MDD), Kashell Mwenya at Cabinet Office to Permanent Secretary in charge of remuneration Division.
Previous holder of that position, Dr Ronald Simwinga has been taken to Foreign Affairs as PS Administration.
