PF Member of the Central Committee, PAUL MOONGA has challenged veteran politician Vernon Mwaanga to apologise to the nation for his statement on of printing of ballots.

Mr. Moonga says it is clear that Dr. MWAANGA deliberately misled the nation to bring the name of the Electoral Commission of Zambia -ECZ- into disrepute.

He told the media at a briefing in Lusaka that Dr. Mwaanga, a veteran politician should realise that such statements have the potential to breed mistrust ahead and after elections.

He also urged former Minister, Mulenga Sata to consider rejoining the PF.

Meanwhile, the PF on the Copperbelt has warned of stein action against aspiring candidates inciting members to rise against other contenders.

Provincial Chairman Steven Kainga says all aspiring candidates dividing the Party will be disqualified.

Mr Kainga told ZNBC News in an interview that the Party’s central committee will soon announce successful applicants and that those who will not make it must campaign and support adopted candidates.

He said the PF is larger than any candidate and called for unity before and after the adoption process.

Mr Kainga denied claims that some aspiring candidates have already been given adoption certificates.

And PF Kitwe District Youth Chairman Kaboba Mukhuzo said the youths in the party will not entertain any aspiring candidates promoting anarchy over the adoption process.
