A degree from a diploma mill is fake. Kambwili must be ashamed to display his fake doctorate which is bought for $1600.00. The only California university is listed as a diploma mill. In other words, they sell fake degrees. Such degrees are very common in India. If he said that it was conferred by the university of California which is a public university the it would have been a different story but not California university. Fake!!!! We still have in Zambia the likes of Nevers and Cozmas Mumba’s, Kaingu and many others today……
