MR ZAMBIA 2015 bodybuilding champion Sylvester Mwila says he will remain undefeated until he resigns because he is currently a class of his own.

Mwila defeated 11 other competitors to bag his seventh title at the Zambia Body Building and Fitness Federation (ZBBFF) event hosted on Friday night at Taj Pamodzi Hotel in Lusaka.
The defending champion was in a class of his own when he defeated lightweight Fred Mwila, Copperbelt’s duo of Honest Miyupi and Ben Chama who are middle and light heavy weights respectively.
This year’s Mr. Zambia was divided into four categories of lightweight, middle weight, light heavyweight and heavy weight. The winner in each category qualified to the final race for a title. Mwila said he knew that he was going to face tough competition and therefore trained hard.
“I knew it was not going to be easy to win the title because there are many bodybuilders aiming at breaking my record. Many bodybuilders have improved which means I have to work extra hard next year. I will remain undefeated till I resign. My goal is to train hard and remain disciplined,” he said.
He said that he had what it took to compete abroad and appealed for sponsorship.
Mwila pocketed K20, 000 while winners in each category walked away with K4, 000.
Meanwhile, ZBBFF president Emmanuel Chimuka advised bodybuilders to work extra hard next year.
Chimuka said the federation will do everything possible to ensure that the sport spreads country wide.
“We are happy that the competitors are walking away with something. It has not been easy to host this event, but the corporate world has tremendously helped us stage it. Next year will be different and better,” he said.
