The opposition UPND has been advised not to take for granted its perceived growing popularity by breaching the law at will.
The Zambian Voice is concerned that the opposition party has now become too overzealous by thinking it can do whatever it wants whether within the law or not.
Executive Director Chilufya Tayali says his organization believes the UPND should instead sober up and avoid assuming that it has already won the 2016 general election.

In an interview with Qfm News, Mr. Tayali has suggested that if the UPND is convinced that it has garnered the necessary support to win next year’s general elections, it should exercise patience.
Mr. Tayali has cautioned the UPND that it might just spoil its chances of forming government in 2016 if it continues on its current provocative path.
He says the UPND should be mindful that currently the PF is the party in government and has all the machinery at its disposal.
