The Energy Regulation Board-ERB- has called for more investment in renewable energy.
ERB Chairperson Geoff Mwape says institutions like the Zambia Development Agency-ZDA, ERB and the government must encourage potential investors to enter the renewable energy industry.
Pastor Mwape has observed that Zambia is strategically positioned and investment into renewable energy will enable the country to produce excess power for export.
The ERB Chairperson who was speaking in an interview with ZNBC at the Zambia International Trade Fair in Ndola says the use of wind power is another alternative source of energy.
