Chipolopolo captain Rainford Kalaba has promised a convincing victory when Zambia meets Guinea Bissau in this weekend’s opening 2017 Africa Cup Group (E) qualifier.

Supersport reports that Zambia will kick-off their Group (E) campaign on Saturday June 13 with a home date against Guinea Bissau at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

The TP Mazembe midfielder joined the team on Tuesday evening together with three other foreign-based players who were all the final call-ups expected by new coach George Lwandamina.

Defender Stopilla Sunzu from Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua, Russian-based midfielder Chisamba Lungu of FC Ural and striker Ronald Kampamba of Egyptian club Wadi Degla all joined camp in Kitwe on Tuesday.

Sunzu, Kalaba and Chisamba trained with the team for the first time on Wednesday while Kampamba was part of Tuesday afternoon training.

However, Sunzu and Evans Kangwa are reported to be injured just a day before the Saturday clash.
