SYLVESTER Mwila was in a class of his own as he outmuscled nine other bodybuilders to retain the Mr Ironman title and walked away with K6,000 and a cellular phone.
The contest held at the Taj Pamodzi Hotel on Saturday night saw Mwila continue with his local dominance to win the title for a fourth time having last won it in 2013 when the tournament was last held.
Clement Chisebuka of Chawama gymnasium was second and pocketed K3,000 and a hamper of training equipment.
Copperbelt based Honest Muyupi, who was recently crowned Mr Copperbelt Energy Corporation, finished third and got K2,000 and a hamper while Benny Chama of Nchanga gym got a K1,000 and a hamper.

Mwila said he was happy to have defended the title and was now looking forward to taking part in 2015 Boksberg Classic championship slated for South Africa in August.
“I found the contest to be a lot of fun and I am so happy to have retained my title. Now I am shifting my focus to the South African contest. My fans should expect better performance from me,” he said.
In the junior category, Emmanuel Nkonde of Matero gymnasium emerged winner to pocket K3,000 with Gift Kalunga of Kanyama gym getting K2, 000 after finishing second while Patrick Nyondo of Ravens gymnasium in Kitwe was third and got K1,000.
Meanwhile, Sports Deputy Minister Ronald Chitotela urged the Zambia Body Building and Fitness Federation (ZBBFF) to spread the sports to all parts of the country.

Chitotela said there was need for ZBBFF to partner with Sports Council of Zambia (SCZ) to come up with strategic development plans that would enable the sport to develop to acceptable standards.
He said Government wanted to see all sporting disciplines reach maximum standards in terms of quality and skill and urged the bodybuilders to maintain utmost discipline if they were to excel in the sport.
ZBBFF president Emmanuel Chimuka said the top three bodybuilders will represent Zambia at the 2015 Boksberg Classic championship.
Chimuka said the juniors that competed in Mr Ironman would compete as seniors in Mr Zambia which is slated for December.
He challenged the various gymnasiums in the country to hold in-house competitions to improve performance among the bodybuilders.
