Yesterday, President Edgar Lungu swore in Zambia’s High Commissioner to South Africa, Emmanuel Mwamba and Zambia’s Ambassador to France Humphrey Chibanda.
Earlier in February, President Lungu said he expected robust performance from the new appointees. “I expect very high performance from all those serving in the foreign service and I will not tolerate misconduct and laziness from anyone. We are in hurry to deliver,” said President Lungu through his press aide Amos Chanda.
