The opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) has charged that the ruling PF is hallucinating to claim that victory is certain for them in next week Tuesday’s parliamentary by-elections.
UPND Deputy Spokesperson Edwin Lifwekelo says the UPND has engaged in door to door campaign which they believe is effective.

Mr. Lifwekelo says they are on the ground and they have seen the people’s sufferings and that they have promised them better living conditions if elected into office.
He says the PF should wait for next week and see how terribly they will loose the elections saying the people have lost confidence in them.
Mr. Lifwekelo says it is a known fact that the PF is loosing ground because of their failure to improve the living standards of the people.
