MMD condemns attack on President Lungu

MMD National Youth Secretary Bowman Lusambo has condemned those attacking President Edgar Lungu’s trip to China.

Mr. Lusambo says the trip by President Lungu is important as Zambia is in dire need of investment.

He says it is unfortunate that 4th Revolution party leader Eric Chanda has joined the bandwagon of opposition politicians attacking President Lungu’s trip to China.

Mr. Lusambo has told ZNBC news in a walk in interview in Lusaka that Mr. Chanda should understand that the Head of State is not in China to play but to represent Zambia at a very important forum whose benefits will be for all Zambians including himself.

He says it is therefore shameful that the 4th Revolution party leader is attacking a man elected by Zambians to put their interests first.
