GREEN party president Peter Sinkamba says his party will construct universities in each province if he is elected in tomorrow’s presidential election.
And Mr Sinkamba said he will release prisoners who were imprisoned on account of marijuana related issues if elected president.
Mr Sinkamba said in an interview yesterday that the countrywide construction of universities will enable every Zambian to acquire tertiary education.
He also said that he is ready for the election as he has had successful campaigns despite the collision encountered in Mpulungu with United Party for National Development (UPND) in Mpulungu where he failed to hold a rally.

“Our party is the only party with a unique message which is to generate US$15 billion. It looks at income and revenues unlike other parties who are just talking about expenditure.’
I am talking about tangible things such as releasing prisoners who were imprisoned on account of marijuana related issues,” he said
Mr Sinkamba said that he aspires to build hospitals in all provincial headquarters and university teaching hospitals in Kitwe, Ndola, Livingstone and Lusaka.
When asked about the already existing University Teaching Hospital, Mr Sinkamba said he will still build another as he wants the current one to be specialised.
