Kabompo voter educators counselled

—-Kabompo District Council Secretary, Elias Sikacheya,  has appealed to  all  voter education facilitators in the district to be non-partisan and adhere to the Electoral Code of Conduct as they interact with the people ahead of the  January 20, 2015
Presidential by-elections.

Mr Sikacheya advised the facilitators to emphasise on the importance of participating in the forthcoming by-elections as they are educating everyone in communities.

The Council Secretary made the appeal in Kabompo during the deployment of 13 voter education facilitators to all the wards in Kabompo West Constituency.

Meanwhile, District Voter Trainers, Fridah Chaula and Natasha Chikalaba, implored the facilitators to utilise the knowledge imparted in them to sensitise people in the communities they have been deployed to.

The duo counselled the facilitators to always refer to the reference manual and the education facilitators’ guide and be focused and determined to reach everyone in all the 13 wards in Kabompo West Constituency.
