Patriotic Front National Chairperson Inonge Wina says acting President Guy Scott is willing to support Edgar Lungu as the party’s presidential candidate.
Ms. Wina has told Qfm News in an interview that contrary to some media reports suggesting that Dr. Scott is not ready and willing to support Mr Lungu’s campaign; the party is enjoying good relations with the acting president.
Ms Wina states that it is unfortunate that some political opponents want to see divisions to continue in the Patriotic Front.
She says Dr. Scott has shown interest in working with Mr. Lungu and he has been in dialogue with the party members.
Ms Wina explains that there is need for all well meaning Zambians to vote for the PF presidential candidate in the 20th January presidential election to enable the party continue with its development agenda.
