The PF Central Committee has resolved that the issue regarding the Party Presidency and presidential candidate will be resolved at the General conference.
In a Press Conference held at Blue Nile Lodge, the Central Committee stated that powers to organise a General Conference remained a preserve of the organ.
The Committee also resolved to attend a meeting called by Acting Secretary General , Bridget Attanga which will be held at State House on Sunday.
“We will go to the General Conference. The people, members on the structures are our people”
The meeting refused to disclose whether suspended Acting President Guy Scott has his suspension lifted but emphasised; “We have resolved all our differences for now, in the interest of the party and nation”.
The Committee numbering about 30 have stated that the State House Meeting will resolve any outstanding issues.

22ND NOVEMBER 2014

Following the meeting held at Blue Nile Lodge on 22nd November 2014 by the Central Committee, the Meeting has resolved the following;

1. As stipulated by the party constitution, the Central Committee will continue to follow all provisions of the constitution regarding the election process of electing the Party President

2. In order to prepare for the General Conference, the Central Committee has set aside all its differences for now. This decision is in the interest of the party and the nation.
3. We also resolved that the preparations for the General Conference must meet the basic criteria and principles of transparency.

4. In regard to tomorrow’s meeting, we have resolved to attend the meeting.

The Central Committee therefore call upon all the members to remain calm and peaceful as we deliberate on the issues regarding the General Conference.

  1. But what were Kabimba n M’membe doing at Scott’s farm in the midst of these disputes n they r suspects of the so called cartel?Caught napping by the media that visited the farm.

  2. Let the suspended and the suspenders attend so that the suspensions can be lifted or discussed
