Ushi speaking people mourn Sata


Mansa,  November 10, 2014,  ZANIS —– Chief Chisunka of the Ushi people of Mansa district says the late republic President Michael Chilufya Sata will be remembered as the first president who recognized chiefs’  welfare in the country.

 


Chief Chisunka says  the creation of Ministry of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs is another legacy which the late president will be remembered for by chiefs in the country.


ZANIS reports from Mansa that Chief Chisunka, who is also spokesperson for the Ushi Royal establishment, said this in a telephone interview today.

 

He says the  Aushi royal establishment is sorrowful for late president who understood the interests of chiefs in the country.


Chief Chisunka said in his three years that he had been in power; President Michael Sata has brought about infrastructure development like Schools, roads and clinics which has never happened in the past.

 


The chief has since sent his heartfelt condolences to the first lady Doctor Christine Kaseba, the first Family, Patriotic Front and the entire nation.
