Kamafwafwa councillor cries for Sata

—–Kamafwafwa Patriotic Front (PF) ward councillor in Kabompo district, Wanki Chisola, has expressed deep shock at the death of President Michael Sata.

In a statement released to ZANIS in Kabompo today, Mr Chisola described the late President Sata as a man of action who brought about a lot of development activities in the country within the shortest
period he was in office.

Mr Chisola said President Sata will be remembered for construction of universities, schools, hospitals, roads and creation of new districts country wide.

He added that in his ward all the four primary school, namely Kavungu, Kamashila, Phakasa and Kamafwafwa were electrified while a teacher’s house, which could not be completed for more than ten years, has been completed at Phakasa primary.

Meanwhile, PF members in Kabompo district have applauded acting President, Guy Scott, for reinstating Justice and Defence Minister, Edgar Lungu, as Secretary General of the Party.

Kabompo district party chairperson, Briston Nyamachaka, said the decision to reinstate Mr Lungu is ideal to promote peace and unity within the party.

Mr Nyamachaka has since appealed to everyone in the country to mourn the late Head of State with dignity and honour.
