—–Kalulushi Mayor, Bernard Mumba, has described the late President Sata as the greatest visionary and action-oriented leader that Zambia has ever had.
Councillor Mumba said this in Kalulushi today after signing in the Book of Condolences at the District Commissioner’s office.
Councillor Mumba said the late President would be remembered for being consistent in whatever he was doing.
He said President sata was one person who had perseverance and never gave up no matter what kind of opposition he faced.
Councillor Mumba said the late President was a focused person on achieving his goals and also had a heart for the poor and less-privileged in society.
He further said the PF party should honour President Sata in death by carrying on his vision and emulate his attributes of leadership.
Councillor Mumba urged the people of Zambia to mourn President Sata in peace and unity and remember the first family in this difficult time.
And Kalulushi District Commissioner, Kampamba Mulenga, remembers the late President as a colleague and a big brother who worked for the people of Zambia.
Ms Mulenga said President Sata made so many changes in the different sectors of the economy.
She said the district now had modern infrastructure, roads and face lift through the leadership of the late President.
And Kalulushi PF Constituency Secretary, Mwamulima Singogo, said as the country mourns the late President, people should reflect on the mistakes that they made as Zambians.
Mr SIngogo said had the people of Zambia thought of President Sata yesterday, they would have been smiling with the development he would have left in the Country.
He said it was unfortunate that the late President took over office for a short period and left massive development in the country.
