The Patriotic Front says the youths are key partners in the country’s social and economic development

Home Affairs Minister, who is also PF National Poverty Reduction Chairperson, Ngosa Simbyakula said this in a speech read on his behalf by Northern Province Secretary, Everist Chela on the occasion to mark Lukashya Trades Training Institute’s 22nd Graduation Ceremony.

Mr Chela said it is for this reason that his Government pays particular attention to the welfare of the youths.

He stated that this can also be evidenced in the governments continued empowerment programs for the youths.

Mr Chela added that the celebrations of the country’s golden jubilee could not have any meaning if access to education was a challenge.

This year’s Graduation Ceremony was held under the theme celebrating 50 years of Quality Accessible Technical skills Training for Sustainable National Development.
