ZANIS SPORTS COPY — Fallen Heroes Karate championship set for Sept 27th in Mufulira

Zambia Martial Arts Association (ZAMA) it is ready for the Fallen Heroes Karate Championships set for  September 27, 2014 in Mufulira District on the Copperbelt.

 

ZAMA technical director Moodlee Chola says about a hundred Karatekers were ready for the tournament.

 

 

The karatekers are from Lusaka, Southern Province and the host Copperbelt provinces, respectively.

 

ZANIS sports reports that Chola said this in a telephone interview in Lusaka, today.

 

The  Karatekers that comprises male and female will fight for honors in  junior and senior categories , respectively.

 

 

Mr Chola said the categories includes junior and senior slots.

 

Various incentives such as mobile phones and educational materials are among the prizes for winners at the tournament.

 

 

The tournament is aimed at empowering and encouraging youths in order for them to be determined and achieve their goals in life.
