PF Lukulu Ward Councilor withdraws case against fellow party member

PF Lukulu Ward Councilor, Fidelis Chishoma has withdrawn a court case where he sued his fellow party member and Mulilansolo Ward councilor Abram Mulenga for defamation.

Mr Chishoma said this in a statement to Mano News today saying he has decided to withdraw the case following consultations from top party leadership.

He said he has since forgiven Mr Abram Mulenga but was however quick to caution the Mulilansolo Ward councilor against being used by others.

On 6th June 2014, it was alleged that PF Lukulu Ward Councilor, Fidelis Chishoma misappropriated 35 pockets of cement meant for the construction of a classroom block at Malonda Primary School.

But Chishoma denied the accusations saying the school received 35 pockets of cement which have since been used for constructing three teachers’ houses.

The accusations came to light when PF Kasama Central Constituency Committee led by Abram Mulenga visited the school on its quest to check on the developmental projects taking place in the area.
