“The conflicts between my wife and two daughters were too much that the tension between them made me to start drinking heavily,” he said.

“One day after going home late, my wife took all my clothes and threw them out and locked me outside. So that is how I left our matrimonial home. I have been staying with my parents in Makeni,” he said.
Musoboya told the court that there has never been peace in his marriage with Savanu from the time they wedded.
“We have been on separation for 15 months now. We had sat down for discussions on several occasions but to know avail.I came to court seeking a divorce,” he said.
And Savanu, who could not show up for the case due to medical reasons was represented by her sister-in-law Cathy Nakawala,33, of Libala township asked the court to grant the divorce in her absence.
