Scores of people pay their last respects to prominent Kasama Businessman, Frank Sampa

Scores of people this morning gathered at Kapoka graveyard to pay their last respects to prominent Kasama Businessman, Frank Sampa, the proprietor of DOUX Motors.

Mr Sampa died on Wednesday this week after he shot himself in the head with a shotgun.

Those who attended Mr Sampa’s burial include; family, friends, businessmen, transport operators, representatives of public and private institutions.

• A prominent Kasama Businessman has committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

Frank Sampa, proprietor of DOUX Motors, is believed to have used a shotgun to kill himself between 06:00 Hours and 07:00 Hours near his plot in Kasama’s Kapoka extension.

A radio mano news crew which rushed to the scene found, relatives, friends and scores of on-lookers trying to catch a glimpse of Sampa’s body.

His brother Jerome Mubipi gave the following narration to Mano News.

Police have since launched investigation into the matter.
