Political Activist Dante Saunders says it is feasible for Zambia to create an Electoral Court to deal with electoral petitions.
Veteran politician Vernon Mwaanga has also welcomed the idea of establishing an Electoral Court to be headed by a qualified judge, which will dispose off electoral petitions within 90 days.
Mr Saunders says similar courts have worked well in other countries in resolving electoral disputes.
Mr. Saunders adds that such courts have worked well in other countries owing to the fact that they have good constitutions.
He has told Qfm News in a telephone interview that this is why Zambia should also have a good constitution which will allow for the establishment of a constitutional court.
He says this is what people have been calling for all along.
