Veteran striker Harry Milanzi will miss Napsa Stars’ MTN/FAZ Super Division opener away to Konkola Blades on Saturday due to injury.

Napsa coach Hector Chilombo said Milanzi is one of two player’s ruled out of Saturday’s Week One trip to Konkola Stadium together with defender Angels Kalangu.

“Both players were given four weeks to fully recover, they are training but will not be ready to play this week, maybe next weekend,” Chilombo said.
The 36-year-old ex-Zambia striker is entering his third season at Napsa after coming out of retirement in 2012 and has acquired cult status over the last three years due to his performances at the club.
He also inspired Napsa to triumph in the 2012 Barclays Cup but struggled with injury for most of the 2013 season.
Meanwhile, his club mate and ex-Zambia defender Evans Chisulo is fit for Napsa’s long trip to Chililabombwe to face his former club after an injury lay-off in the pre-season build-up.
Napsa escaped relegation on the final day of last season after they finished just outside the bottom four drop zone in 12th place.
