Zambia national soccer team drops on the FIFA rankings

he Zambia national soccer team has dropped by six rungs on the FIFA/Coca-Cola world rankings.
The Chipolopolo are 75th from last month’s 69th and are 17th in Africa, dropping by two rungs.
The Chipolopolo have not played any competitive match since their third place finish at the Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup in Kenya last December.
Ivory Coast have maintained the first position on the continent while Algeria (2), Cape Verde (3), Ghana (4) and Egypt (5), Tunisia (6), Cameroon (7), African champions Nigeria (8), Mali (9) and Burkina Faso (10) make up the top ten.
