The Movement for Multi Party Democracy (MMD) on the Copperbelt says the observation by Zambia Episcopal Conference (ZEC) President Bishop Ignatius Chama on the governance record of the Patriotic Front (PF) government should save as a timely warning to President Michael Sata government.

MMD Copperbelt Information and Publicity Secretary Yotam Mtayachalo has told Qfm that President Sata should address the issues raised by the Catholic Bishop before it is too late.

Mr. Mtayachalo notes that the Catholic Bishops have vindicated the opposition which has been saying that the PF government is taking the country in reverse gear.

He adds that it is indisputable that the PF government has failed to provide leadership on a number of issues affecting the nation, adding that any responsible government anywhere in the world is supposed to consult with stakeholders to iron out issues through interparty dialogue which the PF have failed to do.

Mr. Mtayachalo further states that it is too early for the PF to become arrogant in just two years of being in power, warning that such arrogance will cost them in 2016.
