Dr. Mutesa’s statement comes in the wake of the Technical Committee bowing to government’s directive to go against its term of reference by printing only 10 copies of the final draft constitution instead of the planned five thousand copies.

Dr. Mutesa says Zambians were warned that the country would soon go back into a one party state under the PF.

He has further cautioned Zambians to brace themselves of what lies ahead if they do not demand the fulfillment of all the promises the ruling PF made to them prior the 2011 general elections.

Dr Mutesa says the country will allegedly go back to a one party system of governance if people allow the PF government to continue governing the country in the manner they are doing.
