Mr Kabwiili, who is Youth and Sport Minister and Roan Member of Parliament, urged the party officials to re-organise the party structures and abide by the PF code of conduct.
He said the formation of parallel structures would weaken and hinder expansion of the party.
Mr Kambwili said this during a meeting with his constituency officials at Mpatamatu High School in Luanshya yesterday.
“Do not backslide, be strong and organise the structures of our party here in Luanshya. A party can never be strong if it is not well organised, that is why you see me coming here every Saturday because I want to sit down with you and solve problems that you face,” he said.
Mr Kambwili pledged to buy printers and motor vehicles for headteachers in all the four high schools in his constituency.
He appealed to the schools not to increase tuitions fees next year and urged them to venture into other income generating activities such as agriculture.
