Ndola house wife in public sex scandal

A NDOLA housewife and her alleged partner have appeared before a magistrate’s court and pleaded not guilty to having sexual intercourse in public.

Esnart Kaunda, 27, and Ndula Sodent, 32, both of Kalewa barracks pleaded not guilty before Ndola chief resident magistrate Paul Chisha.
The two were charged with an offence of common nuisance, contrary to section 172 of the penal code chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
They were arrested on October 13, this year.
Particulars of the offence are that the two accused persons on October 13, this year had unlawful carnal knowledge in public, an act that caused inconvenience to Adrian Mtonga, who was with them on the night in question.
Mr Chisha adjourned the case to October 29, this year for commencement of trial.
The two accused person are remanded in custody.
