Dr. Mumba who arrived at Woodlands Police station at 10:15hours this morning told journalists after being interrogated by police that police have indicated that they will soon call him again where he will be formally arrested for allegedly defaming president Sata.

And Dr. Mumba has maintained that the Patriotic Front government is abusing the public order Act.

He says he is a clergyman who fears God and can never insult anyone.
