Fourth Republican President Rupiah Banda says genuine interparty dialogue in the country would help heal the nation.
Speaking through his Deputy Administrative assistant Kennedy Limwanya following the move by the Zambia Center for Interparty Dialogue ZCID to kick start the process of contacting party presidents with a view of holding an interparty dialogue, Mr Banda says such efforts would certainly help to ensure that the Nation gets more united.
Mr Banda adds that dialogue not only around politics will help the country move forward as a united force.
Meanwhile Mr. Banda’s Deputy Administrative Assistant Kennedy Linyama says the former president has restrained himself from commenting on issues to do with politics having retired from active politics.
